Coaching is run by Helen Isacke, and supported by a team of
associate coaches chosen for their professional backgrounds and
specialist areas.
Helen
is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach and
Master NLP Practitioner. Helen is also qualifed to administer
psychometric profiling tools, the Type Dynamic Indicator (TDI) and
FIRO Element B.
Helen
has a passion for helping people to take control of their lives,
particularly those who are prepared to gently stretch out of their
comfort zones to achieve what they really want. By asking the right
questions, in a non-critical and non-judgemental environment, Helen
knows when to challenge and when to support.

a great listener with a relaxed coaching style. She has a
gentle nurturing approach but doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer which
inspired me to think about issues on a deeper level than I would
ordinarily have done. This meant I was able to come up with
solutions for myself, when previously I had been waiting for

Helen facilitates a new learning and shift in perception, opening
up new options to those who are committed to making the necessary
changes, changes in beliefs and behaviours that will move them

encouraging and motivating you all the way to your goals.

'co-coaching group' run and attended by members of the Association

Indemnity.
